Travels to Kotka, Finland

Hello Friends!  My husband and I are currently visiting Kotka, Finland for the International Six Day Enduro.  My husband travels with the USA team as medical staff and I was lucky enough to be able to come with him this year!  While this is my specialty in photography, it has been a lot of fun capturing some of the racers in action.  (The photos below are not edited other then cropping)

I will post again with some photos of our stay in Helsinki later on!  This is a truly beautiful country with such welcoming people!

Family Day

Yesterday was the first day in two weeks my family was able to get out of the house together.  I had emergency surgery 10 days ago and have had to reschedule all of my sessions for the past few weeks so today I am going to share some photos I took of my daughter at the park.  I am feeling much better now and it was great to have a family day out!  After going to the market, we took Kenadee to the park.  She loves the park and being outside.  I can't believe how brave she is playing on all the big toys by herself!  What happened to my baby?!

 

Jordan and Jesse {Olympia Children Photographer}

Meet Jordan and her little brother Jesse!  Jordan needed a few new head shots to add to her modeling portfolio.  Of course I was happy to help with this task!  I figured she would be cute but I had no idea what I was in for!  Not only is she adorable but she has such a great personality.  Little brother Jesse didn't like the camera as much but he was still a good sport for a few.

Whitefish

Well I know I am not a great blogger but I didn't realize that I have not blogged at ALL this year!  So far this year has been busy!  I will try to get back here with some recent session to share with all of you. 

Tonight, I wanted to share some photos from a recent trip my husband and I took to Whitefish, MT.  It was a nice getaway!  The town was cute and the food was AMAZING!!  I also met another photographer, Kelly Marchetti, (http://www.kellymphoto.com) who owns Sprouts, a children's boutique that has adorable items.  Make sure to visit Kelly if you are ever in Whitefish!
